The coin itself is beautiful. Very detailed on both sides. However, it is encased in a hard non-removable plastic case although I’ve tried many times I cannot remove it. My main focus was to order a beautiful coin that I could actually hold in my hand feel the metal and rub on it when necessary a lot like the coins that you receive from AA. But this case cannot be removed, so it is pretty useless to me.

Stunning craftsmanship. This is a stunningly beautiful gift. It's very heavy and signals high quality. The included plastic cover and stand are a nice touch if the recipient wants to display the coin rather than carry it. I originally ordered this for a church member who was trying sobriety, but by the time I went to give it to him, he was back on drugs and arrested.
